You can start deletion directly in the app.

Settings → Account → Delete account

What is deleted

Once your deletion request is accepted, your guest or Apple-linked account is blocked and deletion is queued. Any stored Apple authorization token is revoked before deletion finishes; temporary Apple outages may delay this step. For an older account without a stored token, the app explains how to remove Apple authorization yourself. Pseudonymised purchase records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

What stays on your iPhone

Local songs remain until you delete them in the app or remove the app’s data. Delete them separately if you also want to remove your local library.
