Get help

Include your app version, iPhone model, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, full purchase receipts, or sensitive song ideas.

No sign-in needed

After the one-time 18+ confirmation, Song Studio creates a guest identity automatically. You can create and buy credits without entering a name or email.

Your song is not there yet

Reopen Library and check your connection. A creation can take a few minutes.

Your download expired

Open the song in Library and tap “Song laden.” Temporary delivery files are available for up to 30 days.

Your library is missing after reinstall

Recovery is not guaranteed without a usable iPhone backup. Export important songs as MP3 files before deleting the app.

Credits or a purchase are missing

Open Settings and refresh credits. If it is still missing, email the purchase date and product name, not a full receipt.

Account and privacy

Delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete account. Your local library remains on this iPhone. See the Privacy Policy for details.
